What happens after I order?
Once you place your order, your design files are reviewed by a real person to ensure everything is correct before production begins.
You’ll then have direct contact with one of our production agents, who will guide you through the process.
Because each item is a one-off piece made especially for you, it’s important that it fits your needs perfectly.
After the review, we’ll email you a production approval containing:
• Final dimensions
• Assembly plans
• Product image
Production starts only after a confirmation email.

All our products are made to order as one-off pieces, crafted specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a prompt solution.
