Return & Refund Policy
At Variaform, every product is made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. This means that once production has started, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or design alterations.
1. Order Review and Approval
Before production begins, we send you a Production Approval containing final dimensions, assembly instructions, and product images. Production starts only after you confirm this approval. Please check all details carefully — once approved, changes may not be possible.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Notify us within 2 days of delivery.

Provide photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

We will assess the case and offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or partial refund.
3. Non-Returnable Items

Customized and made-to-order products (all Variaform items)

Items that have been assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery
4. Shipping Costs
In the event a return is approved (for example, in the case of a defective item), we will provide instructions for return shipping. Return costs will be covered by Variaform unless otherwise agreed.
