3. Getting in Touch (If Needed): If anything looks off or needs clarifying, your agent will reach out via email to review the design with you before we move forward.

4. Made-on-Demand Production: Once cleared, your piece goes straight into production. Every single item is creafted individually on demand just for you, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and precision.

5. Delivery Across Europe: Because each piece is custom-built from scratch before it is carefully packaged and shipped, please allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery within Europe. We’ll send over tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.

Our 3D printed items are available in Brass - popular for use in applications like jewelry, accessories, home decor, and miniatures. A Copper alloy containing 15% Zinc, 5% Tin, and 80% Copper, this Brass 3D printing material showcases intricate details and offers a professional, finished look and feel. 3D printing with Brass may include dealing with tarnish over time, but these materials can easily be polished to achieve a like-new surface.

Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once production has started.
